Yes! We offer free shipping on our Maddle boards to most destinations within Canada & US. Whether you're in the bustling city or nestled in a quieter corner of your country, we strive to bring the benefits of free shipping to you.
Eligible Orders: Our free shipping offer on boards extends to any accessory items that are added in the same order. We believe in providing you with not just quality products but also a seamless delivery experience. Any accessories added to the same order that contains a board will be shipped for free. (Accessories added to an order with a board will also benefit from a 20% discount!)
*Any separate orders containing only accessories without a board will be subject to shipping fees that will be calculated at checkout. Shipping fees vary depending on the items selected and the address entered for delivery.
Remote Postal Code/Zip Code Restrictions: While we endeavour to reach as many locations as possible, some remote postal codes/zip codes may have specific restrictions. Unfortunately, certain areas or regions may not qualify for our free shipping offer. This is due to higher shipping costs associated with delivering to these specific areas. In these cases, shipping fees may be applicable. This applies to but is not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Nunavut, and N.W.T.

Are there shipping charges for accessories?
Yes, there are shipping charges for accessories if purchased without a board. This includes items like kayak conversion kits, dry bags, electric pumps, etc. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location.
Free Shipping with a board
Here's a fantastic perk for our customers: you can avoid shipping charges on accessories when you purchase them alongside a Maddle board. Any accessories added to your order along with a paddleboard will be eligible for free shipping and a 20% discount on accessory items. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. This is because carriers do not accept packages destined for P.O. Boxes.
We want to ensure that your order reaches you securely and without any complications. Therefore, when placing your order, please provide an accurate shipping address that does not involve a P.O. Box. This ensures a smooth delivery process, and you can have your purchased items in your hands as quickly as possible.

How long should my order take to arrive?
Shipping time for pre-orders
When ordering online, the product page will indicate if the item is in stock or not. If it isn't in stock, there will be a timeframe with dates indicating when the next batch is arriving here in our Montreal warehouse.
Once we have received your order at our warehouse, will be considered as "in stock".Shipping time for orders that are in stock
If you order a product that is currently in stock, please allow between 1-3 business days to process and ship the order. Once it has been processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping within Canada
Please allow up to 1 business day for order fulfillment and 1 business day for the carrier to come pick up your order. The carriers' delivery time generally varies between 1-4 business days for delivery in most of regions in Quebec and Ontario. In remote areas of Quebec and Ontario, as well as for the rest of Canada, delivery time can take a couple more days, ranging from 4-7 business days.
Shipping to USA
Please allow 1 to 3 business days to be prepared for shipping and picked up at our warehouse. All of our orders destined to our American customers are fulfilled through FedEx, USPS or UPS. This means that once your order leaves the warehouse, it will take between 1 to 6 business days to get to you, depending on your location and the volume of shipping that goes through your area.
Once the order is shipped and in the carriers' hands, we do not control the delays, as well as the delivery time. If you have any requests regarding those, please take them up directly with the carrier's customer service. The above delivery times are only estimates given by the shipping carriers. Different factors that are out of our control might prolong the estimated shipping time; such as strikes, pandemics or periods of high traffic (Black Friday, Holidays, Boxing Day, etc.).
Once the order has left our warehouse, we will assist our clients to our best ability to ensure they receive their items in a timely manner, however, we have no control over the deadlines and cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Shipping time for pre-orders
Due to the immense popularity of Maddle's product, it can happen that they are sold in pre-order. By pre-ordering, you are reserving the item on the corresponding container batch, and once we acquire the product at our warehouse, it will get shipped within the shortest delays we can. Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is our top priority! Please refer yourself to the individual products' page to find out more about the availability of the item. If the items are in pre-sale, the dates will correspond to the estimated date of reception at our warehouse.
Once the stock is received at our warehouse and your order leaves our facility, transit times ranges from 1 to 4 business days across Quebec & Ontario, depending on your location and the volume of shipping that goes through your area. For regions outside of QC & ON, transit time can take a few more business days.

How can I track my order?
Our warehouse team will send you a tracking link via email once your order has been prepared and dispatched. Using that link, you can follow your order more closely and get a better idea of its arrival.
If your order comes in multiple boxes, there will be more than one tracking linked to the same "master tracking". You can find the information regarding the status of each individual boxes' transit yourself on the tracking page from the carrier's website directly.
Please note that the tracking information will only show an update after the carrier initiated the first scan.
