  • If I don't like the color of my board, can I exchange it or return it?

    You can exchange or return your order as long as it meets the criteria as stated in our return policy. Note that shipping fees and return costs apply.

    Although we try our best to depict the colors of our boards as accurately as possible, it is important to keep in mind that actual colors may slightly vary. This is due to the fact that every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Should a return or exchange be requested and initiated due to color perception differences, the exchange or return will be processed as a “change of mind” reason. Such requests are not eligible for cost-free exchange or return with full refunds. Return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply as stated in our “Change of Mind” return information for orders that have been processed and dispatched.

    Here's a few tips and tricks to make sure you're happy with your board color!

    • When viewing the pictures on our website, please ensure "night light / night vision mode" is off as this can add a warmer tint to the colors displayed on your screen.
    • If you are located near our showroom here in Montreal, we highly suggest planning a visit to see the product in person when available (please contact us first to make sure the product is available and on display).
    • Feel free to peruse through all the reviews with pictures that our clients have posted to see the boards under different outdoor lighting.
    • If you are still in doubt or have any questions, simply reach out to the support team and ask for a more detailed description of the board colors and specifications. We will be glad to assist!
  • Can I modify or cancel my order before it's shipped?

    Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order free of charge before it's processed for shipping.

    Contact us via Live Chat or by phone at 1-888-8-MADDLE with the following information :

    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to modify or cancel
    • The reason for the change

    If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll attempt to accommodate your request. Refunds will be initiated automatically if the order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment.

  • Can I return an item after it has been shipped and delivered?

    You can initiate a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees apply, and a prepaid return label will be provided at a discounted rate.

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you in rectifying the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a new unit, or other remedies as per our warranty coverage. Please refer to our Warranty page and our Refund Policy page under the section "Return Information on Defective/Missing Upon Arrival Items" for more information and for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim.

    *A manufacturer defect is considered to be present if there is a problem that affects the operation or the handling of the product.

     

     

     

  • How long does it take for returns to be processed and to receive a refund?

    If a return-refund request has been initiated, please follow the instructions provided by our support team to return your package. Once the package is received at our warehouse facility, processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days as all returned items are inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed, and it may take up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement. If the processing time exceeds the above mentioned timeframe after the package is received at our warehouse, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
