Paddleboard Anchor

  • How to use an anchor with your Paddleboard

Our paddleboard anchor is the perfect tool to allow you to stop in the middle of a beautiful lake, and enjoy the view on your Maddle. It's also great to chill with your friends without moving with the current.
A paddle board anchor should be attached to a designated anchor point, usually a D-ring or leash tie at the back of the board.
Here's are the steps to follow:
    1. 1. Identify the anchor point:
Our paddleboards have D-rings along the side and  a leash tie at the back of the board specifically designed for attaching an anchor or other gear.

    2. 2. Attach the anchor:
You can either clip the anchor directly onto the D-ring or use a carabiner to connect the anchor line to the D-ring or leash tie.

    3. 3. Secure the anchor line:
Ensure the anchor line is properly secured and not too loose or too tight. You can use a bungee cord or a carabiner to help secure the line.

    4. 4. Test the anchor:
Before going out, test the anchor by throwing it into the water and ensuring it properly catches the bottom.
