How can I find my official Invoice?
If you require an official invoice, please feel free to email us with your order number and full name.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Union pay, JCB, Dinners Club and also installments with Affirm!
*If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card such as a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline or if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.

Can I modify or cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your pre-order free of charge before it is processed and/or dispatched.
Contact us via Live Chat or email us at hello@maddleboards.com with :
- Your order number
- The product you wish to modify or cancel
- As well as the reason for the modification/cancellation
If your request meets the criteria, we'll proceed accordingly, and you'll receive confirmation via email.
Refunds will be initiated on our end at the same time as the cancellation is done. Please note that although refunds may have been initiated and processed on our end, it may take a couple business days for the transaction to appear on your banking statements.

Can I pick-up my order to avoid the shipping process?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that sometimes you prefer the convenience of picking up your order in person. At Maddle, we offer a hassle-free pickup option at our warehouse in Montreal, QC.
Here's how it works :
1. Place Your Order: Simply browse our selection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose Pickup Option: During the checkout process, you will have the option to select "Scheduled Pick Up - Montreal" as your preferred delivery method.
3. Receive Pickup Invitation: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email invitation. This email will guide you on scheduling your pick up appointment.
4. Schedule Your Pickup: You have the flexibility to choose a pickup time that suits your schedule. Pickup slots are usually available between 10 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday and between 11 am and 4 pm on Saturdays (Eastern Time).
5. Visit Our Warehouse: Head to our warehouse at the scheduled time. Our team will have your order ready and waiting for a swift pickup experience.
