  • Can I modify or cancel my order before it's shipped?

     

    Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order free of charge before it's processed for shipping.

    Once your order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat for immediate assistance.

    If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll attempt to accommodate your request. Refunds will be initiated automatically if the order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment.

    Although we will do our best to provide the necessary assistance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to proceed before fulfillment.

     

  • Can I return an item after it has been shipped and delivered?

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

     

    To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@maddleboards.eu or through the request form in our FAQ & Help Center. 

    Once your return request is accepted, we will provide the return label to print and tape on the box with clear/transparent tape. 

    We will also provide a return authorization sheet to include in the box with the returned product. This sheet must be included in the package to ensure proper processing.

     

    Unused Products

    Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Returns within this period for any reason are eligible for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs that will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

    Used and Non-Defective Products

    If the paddle board has been used and is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of used products without the original box and packaging.

    Return Window After Request

    After your return request is accepted, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us. If the product is not shipped within this timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.

  • How long does it take for returns to be processed and to receive a refund?

    If a return-refund request has been initiated, please follow the instructions provided by our support team to return your package.

    Once the package is received in our warehouse, the processing time is 3-5 business days as all items must be inspected before being accepted. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed. Once your order is refunded, please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement. 

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund according to the reason for the return. This includes assessing whether the product is defective or if it has been used. If the product is deemed defective, the refund will include the cost of return shipping. 

    For non-defective returns, deductions may apply as outlined in our policy.

    All refunds or exchanges will be made in the original form of payment.
