How long should my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12 PM (UTC+2) on weekdays, will be picked from stock and offered for transport the same working day. If an order is placed after 12 PM (UTC+2), it will be prepared and offered for transport the next business day. Once it has been processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping and Transit Times by Country for orders that are in stock
Shipping within the Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg)
Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to come pick up your order after it has been fulfilled. Shipments within the Benelux region generally reach their destination within 2 business days.
Shipping outside the Benelux (European Union)
Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to come pick up your order after it has been fulfilled. Once your order leaves the warehouse, Shipments to other European countries generally reach their destination within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the volume of shipping that goes through your area.
Delivery Estimates: These transit times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs processing can impact actual delivery times.Once the order has left our warehouse, we will assist our clients to our best ability to ensure they receive their items in a timely manner, however, we have no control over the deadlines and cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Shipping Time for Pre-Orders
- Stock Status: When ordering online, the product page will indicate if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, a timeframe with dates indicating when the next batch is arriving at our warehouse will be provided.
- Pre-Order Fulfillment: Once we have received your pre-order at our warehouse, it will be considered "in stock" and processed for shipping according to the standard fulfillment time.
Order Edits and Cancellations:
- Order Changes and Cancellations: Once your order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat for immediate assistance. Although we will do our best to provide the necessary assistance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to proceed before fulfillment.

Shipping time for pre-orders
Due to the immense popularity of Maddle's product, it can happen that they are sold in pre-order. By pre-ordering, you are reserving your item on the next available shipment, and once we acquire the product at our warehouse, it will get shipped within the shortest delays we can.
Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is our top priority! Please refer yourself to the individual products' page to find out more about the availability of the item. If the items are in pre-sale, the dates will correspond to the estimated date of reception at our warehouse.
Once the stock is received at our warehouse and your order leaves our facility, transit times ranges from 1 to 5 business days across Europe.

How can I track my order?
Our warehouse team will send you a tracking link via email once your order has been prepared and dispatched. Using that link, you can follow your order more closely and get a better idea of its arrival.
If your order comes in multiple boxes, there will be more than one tracking linked to the same "master tracking". You can find the information regarding the status of each individual boxes' transit yourself on the tracking page from the carrier's website directly.
