• Can I modify or cancel my pre-order?

    Yes, you can modify or cancel your pre-order free of charge before it is processed and/or dispatched.

    Contact us via Live Chat or email us at hello@maddleboards.com with :

    • Your order number
    • The product you wish to modify or cancel
    • As well as the reason for the modification/cancellation

    If your request meets the criteria, we'll proceed accordingly, and you'll receive confirmation via email.

    Refunds will be initiated on our end at the same time as the cancellation is done. Please note that although refunds may have been initiated and processed on our end, it may take a couple business days for the transaction to appear on your banking statements.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order before it's shipped?

    Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order free of charge before it's processed for shipping.

    If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll attempt to accommodate your request. Refunds will be initiated automatically if the order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment.

  • Can I return an item after it has been shipped and delivered?

    You can initiate a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees apply, and a prepaid return label will be provided at a discounted rate.

  • How long does it take for returns to be processed and to receive a refund?

    If a return-refund request has been initiated, please follow the instructions provided by our support team to return your package. Once the package is received at our warehouse facility, processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days as all returned items are inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed, and it may take up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement. If the processing time exceeds the above mentioned timeframe after the package is received at our warehouse, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
