Orders placed before 12 PM (UTC+2) on weekdays, will be picked from stock and offered for transport the same working day. If an order is placed after 12 PM (UTC+2), it will be prepared and offered for transport the next business day. Once it has been processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping within the Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg)
Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to come pick up your order after it has been fulfilled. Shipments within the Benelux region generally reach their destination within 2 business days.
Shipping outside the Benelux (European Union)
Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to come pick up your order after it has been fulfilled. Once your order leaves the warehouse, Shipments to other European countries generally reach their destination within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the volume of shipping that goes through your area.
Delivery Estimates: These transit times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs processing can impact actual delivery times.
Once the order has left our warehouse, we will assist our clients to our best ability to ensure they receive their items in a timely manner, however, we have no control over the deadlines and cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Shipping Time for Pre-Orders
- Stock Status: When ordering online, the product page will indicate if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, a timeframe with dates indicating when the next batch is arriving at our warehouse will be provided.
- Pre-Order Fulfillment: Once we have received your pre-order at our warehouse, it will be considered "in stock" and processed for shipping according to the standard fulfillment time.
Order Edits and Cancellations:
